Summer menu of white wine, bonito and cheese.
Summer is full of gastronomic events. Today we approach two. The first features Bonito, and although the days are called Gijón Bonito, they also extend to Madrid. The second takes us to Las Palmas de Gran Canarias: it is the II International Cheese Gastronomic Forum that is being held next week. Our wine of the week is a benchmark for Spanish whites: Contino Blanco, from the Viñedos del Contino winery, in Rioja Alavesa.
